By subscribing to Money Espresso or using moneyespresso.co, you agree to these terms. Money Espresso ("we", "us") is based in Malaysia.

General information, not financial advice

Money Espresso explains what's moving markets and why. Everything we publish is general information and commentary for education. It isn't financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't take your personal circumstances into account.

We don't tell you what to buy, sell or hold, and we aren't a licensed investment adviser. Before making a financial decision, do your own research and consider speaking to a licensed professional. Any decision you make is your own.

Accuracy

We work hard to get things right and use recognised sources. But markets move fast: figures may be delayed, revised or occasionally wrong. Each edition shows its information cutoff time. Past performance is not a reliable guide to future results.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Money Espresso. This includes investment losses and decisions made using our content.

Using our content

  • Please don't republish, sell or copy our editions in full, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

Editions link to outside sources such as news outlets, company releases and central banks. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Your subscription

Money Espresso is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We may change, pause or stop the newsletter, or remove a subscription that's misused (for example, signing up someone else without permission).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let subscribers know by email. Continuing to use Money Espresso means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
